Calling on Neighborhood Associations, Businesses, and Individual Homeowners to join hands with Keep St. Tammany Beautiful, District 9 Councilman Mike Smith, District 13 Councilman Jake Airey, State Senator Sharon Hewitt, State Representative Robert Owen, Parish President Mike Cooper and the Military Road Alliance for sprucing up Military Road area neighborhoods, roads, parking lots, ditches, and bayous along Military Road from Hwy 190 to the I-59 entrance ramp.

Save the Date for 2021 Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day

St. Tammany Parish President Mike Cooper announced the 2021 Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day is scheduled for Saturday, October 23, 2021. The event will take place at the Oak Harbor Park and Ride, 100 Harbor Center Boulevard, adjacent to the Harbor Center in Slidell.

 

“We know citizens look forward to this extremely popular event each year and we are happy to be able to bring it back in 2021,” said President Cooper. “This is an opportunity to responsibly dispose of your household hazardous waste.”

 

This collection event is for residential household hazardous waste only. Information will be posted on www.keepsttammanybeautiful.org as the event date approaches.
